Being a San Diego native, born and raised in Encinitas, I feel very blessed to have grown up in such a beautiful place. San Diego is my home and I enjoy working with seniors in all parts of the county.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Sonoma State University, where I played on the men’s golf team, and met my wife who was playing on the women’s golf team. We both share a passion for golf and for getting out in the ocean.
I have been working in the Medicare field since 2013, when I started and trained with a small company that marketed to seniors and offered Medicare Supplements, Long-Term Care Insurance, Life Insurance, and Annuities. I didn’t know much about the company, however, I was sold on how much they trained their employees, and it was a great introduction to the insurance industry. After one year, I realized that I really enjoyed helping seniors with their Medicare, and didn’t enjoy “selling”, so I left to become an Independent Medicare Health Plan Broker.
Now I represent 20 different Medicare carriers and I am very specialized in that I only do Medicare. I am able to offer virtually every plan here in San Diego county, which takes the “selling” out of the game, and I can help navigate anyone looking for answers about their Medicare options. The best part is, I do not charge for my services! It feels great helping out the community, and I truly enjoy what I do.
